Our origin comes from a technical journey, but never left the human side behind.
Fernando Parreiras had his first contact with programming as a teenager. Over 28 years, he moved through technology, product, leadership, startups and companies in different stages, from intern to CTO, advisor, mentor and founder. Tech Human was born from that crossing: technical excellence with real care for people.
In an AI-driven world, the question is no longer whether companies will use technology. The question is whether they will use it with enough direction, governance, culture, data and leadership to generate results without losing humanity.
